Sulaiman Al-Khunaizan Stores for Home Appliances and Air Conditioning were established in March 1988 by brothers Hamad and Sulaiman Al-Khunaizan, with the first branch opening on Al-Suwaidi Street in Riyadh. The store featured a 176 sqm showroom and 84 sqm of storage space. This marked the beginning of what would become one of the most successful retail businesses in the field of air conditioning and home appliances in the Kingdom. In 2018, the business evolved into Al-Khunaizan Trading Company (LLC) to create a stronger and more scalable entity that could adapt to the fast-changing Saudi market. Since then, the company has expanded to 11 showrooms with a total display area exceeding 12,000 sqm, supported by central warehouses spanning over 8,500 sqm. Al-Khunaizan Trading aims to continue its growth journey, focusing on offering high-quality products and exceptional services that meet the evolving needs of customers across Saudi Arabia.
